Programme Educational Objectives (PEOs)

The curriculum for the Master of Business Administration programme is meant to get postgraduate students ready for:

PEO Program Educational Objectives (PEO’s)
PEO1: To be fully informed on the fundamentals of the company.
PEO2: To prepare management programme students for a rational and practical approach to problem resolution and to work as competent managers who can adapt to changing conditions in a social and international setting.
PEO3: To teach students the fundamentals of group dynamics, teamwork, and the development of the management profession while preparing them to solve problems effectively in multicultural and heterogeneous teams.
PEO4: To motivate and encourage them to conduct business in an ethical manner.
PEO5: To support and prepare students to seek further education, launch their own businesses, and otherwise make a positive impact on the business and education sectors.

Programme Outcomes (POs)

At the time of graduation, from the Master of Business Administration the students should be capable to do the following:

PO1: Ability to apply the business acumen gained in practice as well as to take up challenging assignments.
PO2: Capacity to recognize and evaluate one's own performance in setting and completing realistic goals.
PO3: Being able to use management principles in real-world situations and to recognize, articulate, and resolve managerial issues.
PO4: In their actions, show that they are willing to taking the initiative and thinking creatively.

PO6: Enhancing Entrepreneurship abilities so that the students are induced to undertake independent ventures.
PO7: An ability to understand professional and ethical responsibility.
PO8: An ability to communicate effectively, to achieve organizational and individual goals.
PO9: Enhancing knowledge of contemporary issues.
PO10: Recognition of the need for, and an ability to engage in life-long learning.
PO11: Being able to comprehend how managerial solutions affect society, the environment, the economy, and the global community.
PO12: Ensuring holistic development of students.

The Post Graduates of Master of Business Administration Program will:
